| 摘 要： | 阐述了推动行业结构变革和企业战略创新的主要因素;接着指出企业战略创新的正确行为方式是:在资源配置时,视颠覆性创新为威胁,在创建新的商业模式时,则把它当作一个机会;最后提出了应对行业结构变革,推动企业战略创新的5项具体策略。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly elaborates the primary factors that impel the industry structure transformation and the enterprise strategy innovation. Then it points out the right behaviors when implementing the enterprise strategy innovation. When distributing the resources, the enterprise should regard the subversive innovation as a threat. When building a new business model, the enterprise should treat it as an opportunity. Finally, the paper proposes five specific tactics that respond to the industry structure transformation and impels the enterprise strategy innovation. |
