温拌沥青混合料在广东高速公路中的应用研究

摘    要:指出了温拌沥青混合料(WMA)是一种节能环保型路面材料,在室内对掺Sasobit添加剂的WMA与同材料的HMA的路用性能进行了对比试验研究,结果显示:在拌和与压实温度比HMA低30℃时,WMA具有与HMA相当甚至更好的路用性能;拌和与压实温度的降低,混合料发生水损害的几率会增加,建议添加抗剥落剂来改善WMA的抗水损害能力;此外,Sasobit掺量过多可能会对WMA低温抗裂性能有不利影响。

Abstract:The paper points out the Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA) is the energy-saving and environment-friendly roadbed material,undertakes the comparative experiment research on the road performance of the WMA with the additive of Sasobit and the HMA of the same material,proves by the result that the road performance of WMA is close,or even superior to the HMA when the mixing and compacting temperature is 30 ℃ lower than the one for the HMA,the ratio for the water damage of the mixture increased when the mixing and compacting temperature was lowered,suggests the addition of the anti-stripping agent can improve the water damage resistance of the WMA,and indicates overdue mixture of Sasobit may has unfavorable influence on the anti-crack performance of WMA at low temperature.
