| 摘 要： | 本文概述了由华南理工大学轻工与食品学院完成的“高值化蔗糖产业支撑体系技术路线图”的部分内容，重点分析其中的市场需求和产业目标2大要素，通过对2大要素进行排序分析从而得出相应结论，以使甘蔗糖业人员更多了解该技术路线图的相关内容及其目的意义，进一步推动广东以至全国蔗糖产业高值化工作的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced part of the content of technological roadmapping of supporting system for high-valued sugar industry, especially focusing on the two elements of market demands and industry targets. By sorting analysis of such two elements, we came to conclusions correspondingly, in order to make sugar industry personnel learn more about its content, purpose and significance, thus further promoting the development of high value work in sugar industry of Guangdong province and the whole country. The introduction was completed by South China University of Technology. |
