| 摘 要： | 鞍钢冷轧薄板厂横切机组人工分选钢氏、周期长、劳动强度大、成品和次品混杂严重，影响生产。介绍在新横切机组上开发和应用自动分析选功能的情况。生产实践证明，新横切机自动选废系统运行可靠，钢析厚度控制在标准偏差范围内，获得较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The low accuracy, long period,high intensity of labour,easy mixture offinished product with substandard product of steel sheet selected manually on the crossshearing units at AISC Cold Rulled Steel Sheet Plant have seriously affected the produc-tion. The article introduces the development and application of the automatic selectionon the new cross shearing units. The production practice shows that the automatic re-jects selecting system of the new cross shearing units is in reliab1e operation and steelsheet thickness is restricted within the standard deviation limits, considerable economi-cal benefits being obtained. |
