| 摘 要： | 装备售后技术服务是装备形成并持续保持战斗力的重要条件,服务质量评价是保证和提高售后技术服务质量的重要手段。通过对装备售后技术服务质量构成要素的分析,建立了评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用模糊综合评判法对售后技术服务质量进行综合评价。结果表明:该模型在舰船装备售后技术服务质量评价工作中应用效果良好。 |
