瓦楞纸制造过程能耗监控物联网关键技术研究

摘    要:结合智能制造业物联网系统结构关键重大共性技术—机械装备工艺过程优化系统节能。以解决瓦楞纸行业节能降耗关键工艺为目的,重点研究能耗的监测与管理、厂房各种环境参数的可靠感知、实时的网络数据传输和基于物联网的先进能源管理系统、能源动态平衡和优化调度方法等。与常规能耗监控系统方案相比,提高生产效率30%以上;节约能耗30%;节约纸耗20%;节约浆耗20%,将具有良好经济效应、社会效益和节能降耗效益。

Abstract:Combined with key major general character technology of intelligent manufacturing Internet of things system—machinery and equipment process optimization system in energy saving,is to solve the corrugated industry energy saving critical technology and focus on monitoring and management of energy consumption,reliable perception of the various plant environmental parameters,real-time network data transmission and advanced energy source management system based on Internet of things,energy source homeostasis and optimizing the scheduling method.It is revealed that,production efficiency is improved by more than 30 % compared with conventional energy saving system solutions,energy consumption is reduced by 30 %,paper consumption by 20 % and paper pulp consumption by 20 %,it has good impact on economy,society and energy saving.
