液压挖掘机虚拟样机技术的实现

摘    要:应用多刚体力学理论,建立了某单斗液压挖掘机的运动学模型.采用ADAMS软件作为多体系统虚拟样机仿真环境,建立了挖掘机机械系统仿真模型.在虚拟环境中通过对该挖掘机进行各种工作状态的模拟以及动力学仿真,确定了挖掘机的整机工作范围和一些特殊工作尺寸,得到了空载挖掘下动臂、铲斗和斗杆之间的速度、加速度及角加速度等的关系.为虚拟样机技术在挖掘机优化设计及性能分析奠定了基础.
