混凝土结构模板支撑体系施工控制技术研究

摘    要:以某公共建筑施工所用高支模体系为背景,研究在混凝土浇筑过程中模板高支撑体系的内力与位移响应。利用有限元软件建立计算模型,对模板高支撑体系进行模拟分析,确定施工过程中结构的应力变化以及变形最大的区域,为施工监测提供理论依据。最后进行模拟计算结果与施工监测结果的对比分析,并说明了两者存在差异的原因。研究结果表明,混凝土浇筑过程中浇筑路径和时间对混凝土结构模板支撑体系应力应变的影响不可忽视。

Abstract:On the background of a public building’s high support system,the internal force response of the formwork supporting system is researched during the concrete casting process.Used the finite element software,the calculation model of high support formwork system is established to determine the stress changes of the structure and the largest regional of the deformation during the construction process,for providing a theoretical basis to construct monitoring.Finally,a comparative analysis is implemented between the simulation and construction monitoring results,and the reason of the difference is described.The results show that the stress and strain of concrete structure formwork supporting system is influenced by casting path and time during the concrete casting process.
