| 摘 要： | 网络化制造将是信息时代的主要生产模式 ,制造系统可重构是网络化制造的关键单元技术。在分析了网络化制造环境对可重构制造系统体系结构要求的基础上 ,提出了一种支持制造系统可重构的单元控制器设计方案 ,并详细介绍了该控制器的软件框架结构、功能模块和实现技术。

| Abstract: | Networked manufacturing will be the main paradigm in information age. Reconfiguration of manufacturing resource is the key element technology of networked manufacturing. Based on requirements analyzing of architecture of reconfigurable manufacturing system in this environment, the paper puts forward a design scheme of reconfigurable manufacturing cell controller supporting rapid reconfiguration of manufacturing resource. It gives the detail about the software frame, function module and implementing technology of this controller. |
