修井机多桥间转向传动机构的设计

摘    要:对于大型修井机采用的重型底盘,多桥转向系统是底盘开发中的关键技术之一。在分析目前修井机采用的转向传动结构(方案1)存在问题的基础上,参照军用车底盘的应用案例又提出了2种方案,经对比分析,确定了最佳的传动机构新方案,并根据多桥转向理论和四连杆机构的几何关系对该机构进行了参数确定。通过实际应用,证明该转向传动布置方案具有传动误差小、不产生附加转向、现场调节安装方便、易于组织生产等特点。

Abstract:For the heavy-duty chassis used in large-scale workover rig, the multi-axle steering system is one of the key technologies in the development of chassis. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the steering and driving structure (Scheme 1) adopted by the current workover rig, two kinds of schemes are put forward by consulting the military vehicle chassis. The optimal drive mechanism scheme is determined by comparison and analysis. The paramelers are obtained according to multi-axle steering theory and geometrical connection of four connecting rod mechanism. Through practical application, it is proved that the steering and driving scheme is characterized by small driving error, no extra-steering, easy and convenient field adjustment and installation as well as easy production arrangement.
