摘    要:针对经典蚁群算法只能用于解决特定组合优化问题的缺点,提出了改进的蚁群方法。该算法首先对时间和控制变量实施离散化,以一组整数编码的蚁群路径表示可行控制策略,进而应用蚁群寻优操作搜得离散问题的最优控制策略。它能逐步收缩搜索域并迭代以消减离散化带来的偏差,不断改善寻优结果,增强算法的稳健性。最后将改进的蚁群算法应用于电液伺服系统的跟踪控制,仿真实验的结果显示此方法是可行的、有效的。

Abstract:For solving the tracking control problems of electrohydraulic servo systems with numerical methods,a novel algorithm named as improving ant-colony algorithm(IACA) was developed,of which the main idea was to iteratively execute ant-colony algorithm and gradually approximate the optimal control profile.First step of IACA is to discretize time interval and control region to make the continuous dynamic optimization problem be a discrete problem.Ant-colony algorithm is then used to seek the best control profile of the discrete dynamic system.Lastly region-reduction strategy and iteration are employed to increase numerical accuracy and enhance robustness of this algorithm.Application to the tracking control problems of electrohydraulic servo systems shows it is efficient and effective.
