包钢烧结配加钒钛矿探索性试验研究

摘    要:分别对钒钛精矿配比为5%1、0%1、5%进行了烧结试验,结果表明,配加10%以内的钒钛矿对烧结过程无明显影响,但随着钒钛精矿配比的增加,烧结混合料透气性变差、烧结机速明显下降,且烧结矿强度下降。包钢烧结配加钒钛精矿对烧结矿高温冶金性能有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:In the paper,it is introduced the sintering tests with the proportioning of schreyerite concentrate of 5%,10% and 15%.The results show that with less than 10% of schreyerite,there are no significant influences on the sintering process,however,with the increase of proportioning of schreyerite concentrate,the breathability of sintered mixture becomes worse,the speed of sintering machine and the strength of agglomerate decreased obviously.The metallurgical performances of agglomerate at high temperature were i...
