桶形件变压边力冲压成形工艺仿真实验及分析

摘    要:随着成形加工技术的广泛应用,控制板料拉深工艺质量成为目前冲压技术研究的热点.以桶形件的成形为例,采用CAE软件Dynaform对变压边力控制的成形工艺进行数值模拟计算,最终得到合适的压边力变化曲线,并进行模拟实验验证,极大地提高了板料的拉深性能.

Abstract:With the widely application of the forming technology,controlling of the drawing quality of the sheet metal has been becoming the focus of the stamping technology.Taking the cup part drawing as an example,by the aid of the finite element method software Dynaform,numerical simulations on different variable blank holder force load curves have been carried out with CAE.At last,find the appropriate optional load curve of a cup part drawing.Results are also validated by simulation tests.The drawing performance could be greatly improved.
