复杂母线旋转体工件磨削加工的插补模型及算法研究

摘    要:复杂母线旋转体工件磨削加工是数控磨削加工研究的热点之一。因此,利用圆弧样条插补和圆弧插补相结合的方法,建立复杂母线旋转体工件磨削加工的插补模型和求解算法,设计复杂母线旋转体工件磨削加工的插补方案,分析其加工误差。实例仿真研究验证了插补模型和算法的合理性与可行性。

Abstract:The grinding of rotational workpiece with complex generatrix is one of the most important researches in CNC grinding.Therefore,with the help of combining the arc splines interpolation with circular interpolation,the model and algorithm of interpolation for grinding rotational workpiece with complex generatrix were suggested.Meanwhile,an interpolation solution was designed and its matching errors were analyzed for grinding rotational workpiece with complex generatrix.It is shown that the model of interpolation and its algorithm suggested are rational and feasible.
