| 摘 要： | 通过推广和应用，欠平衡钻井的技术优势和经济效益已得到充分的展现和广泛的认可，但对地质条件不同的层段需要采取相应的技术措施。文中对钻遇严重漏失、出液量过大的缝洞性油／气层，对钻遇出水、易坍塌的非目的层段等现场欠平衡作业的经验和效果进行了归纳和总结，并提出了进一步推广应用的建议，值得现场人员借鉴和参考。
