摘    要:电机气隙谐波磁场影响电机的转矩特性、附加损耗和振动噪声等,准确计算电机电磁场尤其是气隙磁场的分布显得尤为重要.利用ANSYS软件,基于场路耦合法,建立大型异步电机电磁场场路耦合分析模型,通过对大型异步电机的电磁场进行计算,得出样机在不同运行状态下的磁力线分布图.在此基础上,分析空载和额定运行状态时电机的气隙谐波磁场,研究电机气隙磁场谐波成分与电机开槽和电机负载的关系,为大型异步电机性能的优化提供理论依据.

Abstract:Due that the air-gap harmonic wave magnetic field impacts the motor torque property,additional loss and vibration noise,it is critically important to accurately calculate the the electromagnetic field,particularly the air-gap magnetic field distribution.In this study,a field-circuit-coupled analysis model for large-scale asynchronous motor is established using ANSYSTM.With the electromagnetic field calculation on motors,the magnetomechanical distribution diagram of prototype is obtained under different running states.By analyzing the air-gap harmonic wave magnetic field under idle and rated running states,the relationship among the harmonic wave components,motor slotting and motor loading is investigated.Therein,this approach sets a reference to performance optimization on large-scale asynchronous motors.
