| 摘 要： | Visual C 是基于C／C 的集成开发工具，它的编辑器、调试器、连接器、文本编辑器和资源编辑器的功能都很强大。文章采用图像处理、图形设计的新方法和新思路，利用Visual C 的开发环境，将图像处理和图形设计结合起来，完成了图形图像编程的任务。
