Abstract:Correlation of the Subjective and Objective Evaluation of the Colour of Vegetable Oils The Process of bleaching of rapeseed oil was investigated in the present work with continuously increasing and decreasing concentration of adsorption substances. The colour index of the oil was described in the coordinate system of the trichromatic method and by means of a colour chart. The correlation between the objective and subjective evaluation of the colour was mathematically formulated.
