液体膨胀型自力式温度调节阀传感器工艺设计与分析

摘    要:介绍了液体膨胀型自力式温度调节阀工作原理,分析了阀芯的受力,在此基础上推导出温度传感器内充液体容积与相关参数和温度变化量的关系, 探讨了传感器填充液体类型的选择原理, 为液体膨胀型自力式温度调节阀的传感器工艺设计提供参考.

Abstract:The paper presents the working principle of a liquid-expanded temperature regnlatorls sensor and analyzes the valve force, and then deduces the relationship between the liquid volume of the temperature-sensing medium and temperature change with other factors. The selective principle of this kind of sensor is also discussed. The analysis has provided a very useful reference for the technoloical design of such a sensor.
