摘    要:针对国内目前市场上所用的箅条主要是高铬合金箅条和中的箅条两大类,前者使用寿命较长,但成本较高,用户一次性投资大,而后者使用寿命太短,烧结机作业率低。

Abstract:Against the two main kinds of comb bar on home market at present: high-chromiumalloy bar and meditnn-silion heat-resysting nodular-casting-iron bar,the former being of long working-lifebut high cost and asking for a first-time large invest,the latter being of too short expectance and bringingalow working ratio for sintering machine, the chromium-silicon heat-resistingcasting-steel comb barwas developed with complex modified treatment to lower its brittleness, being of safe, low cost betterthan the nodular-caning-iron one and almost same with high-chromium alloy one.
