基于容错技术和WEB技术的网络计费管理系统设计与开发

为研究具有鲁棒性和灵活性的网络计费系统，提出一种基于容错技术和Web技术的计费系统模型；采用主、从双机计费系统，通过从系统对主系统的实时监控和任务接管实现计费功能冗余备份，使系统具有高度的可靠性；同时将Web服务器与从系统相结合，为计费数据查询提供了高度的灵活性；Web服务器在从系统上，主系统的故障不会影响到用户对数据的查询，又增加了整个系统的可靠性和透明性，给出了这个模型的具体实现方法。与现有的计费系统相比，为中小局域网计费管理提供了更加可靠和灵活的解决方案，有很大的现实意义。

Design and Development of Network Accounting Management System Based on Fault-tolerance and Web Technologies

Presents a network accounting system model based on fault_tolerance and Web technologies,which adopts a primary accounting system and a backup accounting system to perform the accounting function by real_time monitoring and taking over tasks from the backup system to the primary system to make the system highly reliable,while the combination of Web server with the backup system,makes the queries about accounting data highly sensitive,and points out this improves the reliability and transparence of the whole system,and also shows how to implement the method of the model.
