从铅锌矿尾矿中回收锰的工艺研究

摘    要:对辽宁某铅锌矿浮选尾矿中的锰矿物进行回收,用脉动高梯度强磁选-精矿弱磁选除铁工艺的研究.结果表明,可获得产率20.80%,含锰24.46%、回收率58.78%的锰精矿,同时还可获得产率6.63%,铁品位45.52%的铁精矿,达到了综合回收的目的,减少了尾矿的排放量.

Abstract:Manganese mineral in flotation tailings of lead-zinc ore in Liaoning was recovered.The process of pulse high gradient magnetic separation-low intensity magnetic separation was applied to remove iron.The results showed that it may achieve a manganese concentrate with a yield of 20.80%,a manganese content of 24.46% and a recovery of 58.78%,and an iron concentrate with a yield of 6.63% and an iron grade of 45.52%.It attained the goal of integrated recovery and reduced tailing drainage.
