表面渗层对钢件弯曲性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同含碳量的钢件经渗碳,渗硼,渗硼+渗硫等化学热处理后,获得的表面渗层对钢件弯曲断裂强度和挠度的影响,结果表明,经上述化学热处理后钢件的弯曲断裂强度和挠度明显下降,对试样断口进行了分析。

Abstract:Diffusion layers of different steel samples were obtained by the chemical heat treatment of carbonizing, boronizing and sulphurizing. Influence of the diffusion layers on the flexural strength and bending deflection of the samples was studied. The results showed that the flexural strength and bending deflection of the samples were decreased obviously after the chemical heat treatment. The fractured surface of the samples was also analyzed.
