摘    要:采用水热法制备了Aurivillius-型氟氧化合物Bi2Ti04F2,并通过粉末X-射线衍射、扫描电子虽微镜、差热-热重分析等手段对化合物的性质进行了测试和表征。该样品结构的空间群为14/mmm,晶胞参数为a=3.806(0)A,b=3.806(0)A,c=16.318(1)A,具有有序排列的F/O阴离子的单层Aurivillius-型结构,并对其铁电体性质进行了研究。

Abstract:One oxide-fluoride Bi2TiO4F2 was prepared by mild hydrothermal method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The structure is described by space group I4/mmm with the cell parameter a = 3.806(0)A°,b = 3.806(0)A°,c = 16.318(1)A°.The compound adopts a single layer Aurivillius-type structure with an ordered array of fluoride/oxide anions.The ferroelectric property of this material also has been investigated.
