基于可缩放矢量图形和构件技术实现电网线损管理系统

摘    要:在分析电网运营实际需求的基础上,提出了基于可缩放矢量图形(scalablevectorgraphics,SVG)和构件技术建设图、模一体化电网线损管理系统的解决方案,给出了高电压等级和低电压等级的线损计算模型;介绍了电网模型和图、模一体化设计方法,以及线损统计计算、分区域统计分析等系统主要功能,讨论了SVG技术、构件技术、动态分析报表等关键技术的实现方法。该系统能够提高线损管理水平,减少不明电量损失,促进节能降耗。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing practical need of power grid operation,the paper proposes a solution based on scalable vector graphics(SVG) and integrated diagram and model line loss management system for component technology construction;it brings forward calculation model for high-class and low-class line loss and introduces design method of integrated diagram and model for power grid,statistic calculation of line loss and regional statistical analysis;it also discusses implementation method for SVG technology,component technology and dynamic analysis statement and etc.The system can boost management of line loss,reduce loss unknown electricity and facilitate energy conservation and consumption reduction.
