摘    要:
本文介绍了化工类应用型人才培养过程的探索,结合广西大学在开展化工类专业教学改革的经验,通过构建资源共享的化工实验室管理体制,强调专业课程教学与工程实践相结合,实习与课堂教学相结合,不断深化大学生课外实践活动和创新能力培养等措施,强化实践教学与工程教育在应用型人才培养中的作用。

Abstract:
Research has been made on how to train practice talents majoring Chemical Engineering and Technology. Experience in this field in Guangxi University is introduced in this paper. Measures, such as the combination of classroom teaching with engineering practice; the construction of management system of sharing in chemical engineering laboratory and the extending of extra-curriculum activities etc, are taken, which has largely strengthened the roles played in cultivating applied talents. It is of some value for popularization and application.
