活性炭脱硫剂的制备与应用

概述了制备具有较好脱硫性能活性炭脱硫剂的途径:①选用变质程度和石墨化程序较低、挥发分含量较高的褐煤或烟煤作原料,用1%H2SO4水溶液洗涤,除去灰分;②炭化过程加热升温,将原料煤中可挥发的非碳组分尽量排除干净,使炭转变成类石墨晶体,针对H2S、SO2、有机硫等脱除对象,选择不同的活化条件和活化剂进行活性处理;③用7%Na2CO3、0.5%CuSO4、0.5%FeSO4混合溶液对活性炭进行浸渍改性处理,以提高其脱硫能力。列举了改性MHY30活性炭常温脱硫剂在陕西兴化集团合成氨三触媒流程中除原料气中H2S,脱硫效率>95%,单次硫容>10%,累计硫容>80%。

The preparation and application of active carbon desulfurizing agent

The method for preparing active carbon desulfurizing agent with better desulfurization property was introduced generally.The methods include:First,using the brown coal or soft coal with same lower metamorphic level,graphitization structure and high volatile content as raw material,then deashing by washing with 1% H_2SO_4 solution.Second,increasing the temperture during carbonation,and removing volatile noncarbonaceous components from raw coal as clean as possible,carbon was inverted to as-graphite crystal.During carbonation through choosing different active condition and agent,the materials such as H_2S,SO_2 and organic sulfide were treated actively.Third,using the mixed solution of 7% Na_2CO_3,0.5% CuSO_4,0.5% FeSO_4 to impregnate and modify active carbon in order to improve its ability of desulfurizion.Give the examples of good results by using modified MHY30 active carbon desulfurizing agent at normal temperature in the process of synthesis of ammonia 3-catalyst in Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co.,Ltd.Desulfurization efficiency is over 95%,single sulfide-capacity is over 10%,accumulative sulfide-capacity is over 80%.
