大型水利工程关键链进度计划方法研究

摘    要:针对进度计划的最新发展——关键链进度计划法(CCS),着重阐述了CCS的基本假定和原理,深入剖析其利弊,并探求改进的思路与方法,以求合理有效地将CCS相关管理思想应用于水利工程项目进度计划与管理中,为工程决策与管理者全面而准确地掌握项目进度、保证项目如期完工,以及制定合理工期提供依据.

Abstract:Critical Chain Scheduling(CCS),known as a breakthrough in the field of the project management,is briefed herein.The basic assumptions and fundamentals of CCS are expounded with the thorough analysis on its merits and pitfalls,so as to effectively and rationally apply the relevant management concept of this method to the construction scheduling and management of large water project,and consequently provide a good basis for the project decision-maker and manager to make a reasonable construction plan with correct control of the project schedule and then to guarantee the completion of the project.
