松软煤层底板比压测试及其控制对策研究

摘    要:通过对教学三矿11011与11081工作面底板比压实测研究表明,底板平均容许比压为4.668MPa,平均容许刚度为0.035MPa/mm,属于松软底板。在较低应力状态小,底板出现流变状态,呈现蠕变和应力松弛现象,致使工作面支架压力普遍较小,顶板下沉量较大,不能满足工作面安全生产的需要。为了增加支护系统的刚度,底板采用可回收尼龙柱鞋,提高了支架的工作阻力,有效控制了工作面的顶底板移近量,并且降低了支护成本。

Compressive Strength Test of Soft Coal Seam Floor and its Control Measures

Abstract:The floor compressive strength of the faces 11011 and 11081 about Jiaoxuesan Mine is measured in this paper.The results show that the average allowed floor compressive strength is 4.668 MPa.The average allowed stiffness is 0.035 MPa/mm.The soft floor flow phenomena occurred when stress state in lower small,presented with the phenomenon of creep and stress relaxation.The phenomenon generally resulted in the support pressure is very low,large amount of roof subsidence.Those can't meet the safety needs of working face.In order to increase the stiffness of supporting system,using recycled nylon column bottom shoes,which can improve the support resistance,the effective controlled of the face of the roof and floor convergence,and can reduce support costs.
