醋酸甲酯-甲醇-水-醋酸四元反应体系汽液平衡

摘    要:用改进的Rose Williams平衡釜测定了恒压(0.1013MPa)下醋酸甲酯-甲醇-水-醋酸四元反应体系汽液平衡数据。分别用Wilson、NRTL和UNIQUAC3个方程计算液相的活度系数。对含缔合组分的汽相用“化学理论”修正其非理想性,预测了该四元反应体系的反应相平衡数据,并与实测值比较,其拟合结果令人满意。

Abstract:The data of Chemical and Phase Equilibrium (CPE)were measured for the quaternary system methyl acetate(1)- methanol(2)- water(3)-acetic acid(4) with a modified Rose Williams equilibrium still under 0. 1013MPa. Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC equations were used to calculate active coefficient in the liquid phase. The "chemical theory" was used to correct the nonideality of the vapor phase with associated molecules. The predicted results of CPE for the quaternary system show good agreement with experimental data.
