无损检测综合实验的教学改革

摘    要:
将无损检测的超声、X射线和表面(磁粉和渗透)检测三个实验合并为一个综合性实验。对教学方法和手段进行改革,取得了良好的教学效果。不仅使学生认识到无损检测的优越性和可靠性,专业视野得以开阔,而且使学生独立解决实际问题的能力和学习积极性得到提高,缩短了课堂教学与生产实际的距离。

Abstract:
Three experiments of nondestructive testing were combined to form a comprehensive experiment. The teaching ways and means were reformed. And better teaching results were obtained. It helped the students to understand the superiority and reliability of nondestructive testing, and widened their professional view. It also helped the students to promote their ability to solve practical problem independently and learning enthusiasm, and reduced the distance between class teaching and production practice.
