我国城市设计的实施困境分析

城市设计作为一种引导、策划建设的手段、一种社会的公共政策,目前在我国已经被广泛地运用,但同时由于城市设计在我国城市规划体系中法定地位的缺失,因此在实施上难以落实。通过对我国现行城市设计的编制模式与实施机制的分析,意图寻求走出实施困境的对策,以期对城市设计编制工作的完善有所借鉴。

The Study on the Implementation Predicament of Urban Design in China

As leading construction methods and a public policy,urban design has been widely used in China currently.Because urban design is lack of legal status in Chinese urban planning system,it is difficult to implement.Based on the study of Chinese current pattern of urban design establishment and implementation mechanism,the author intents to seek out the countermeasure of implementation difficulties,and give reference on improving the establishment work of urban design.
