当量屈服强度法在双层管液压成形中的应用

摘    要:当量屈服强度法在工程中广泛应用。双层管液压成形理论分析中,以内层管真实应力应变曲线的计算过程相当复杂,很难得到准确的解析解且难以满足工程的需要。在总结分析前人工作的基础上,提出了适用于双层管液压成形的当量屈服强度法,给出了确定当量屈服强度的具体步骤。研究结果表明:应用该方法能有效地提高理论计算的精度,与试验值符合良好,计算数据与试验值之间的最大误差为1.02%,为液压成形双层管的工业生产提供较为科学的依据。

Abstract:The equivalent yield strength method has been applied widely in engineering. In the theoretical analysis of double - layered tube hydro - forming, the calculating process is very complicated and difficult not to obtain accurate analytical solution and meet engineering application with the actual stress - strain curve of inner tube. Based on the analysis and generalization of former research, the equivalent yield strength method suitable for hydro - forming of double - layered tubes is put forward, and the concrete approach to determine the equivalent yield strength is given. The results show that the range of hydro - expanding pressure in theory is both in good agreement with that in the experiment with a maximum error of 1.02%. The method can increase the precise of theory results and provide theoretical references to engineering applications.
