铁水提钒与含钒钢种的生产

摘    要:我国蕴藏着丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源,为我国利用钒资源提供了充裕的原料条件.结合近年来我国钢铁工业产品结构调整,低合金(微合金)钢产量大幅度增长,尤其是含钒和Nb、V、Ti复合微合金钢产量迅速增长的情况,介绍了氧气顶吹转炉铁水提钒工艺,并从生产的角度对一些典型的高附加值钢种作了重点分析,同时指出我国低合金(微合金)钢的生产及质量与国外先进产钢国家相比仍有很大差距,今后应根据我国资源特点进一步发展含钒微合金化钢种,提高低合金钢质量水平.

Abstract:Our country is rich in V-Ti magnetic ore resources,which offers abundant raw material for the use of vanadium.Combined with the structure adjustment in the iron and steel industry in recent years,the productivity of lowalloy(microalloy)steel has increased dramatically,especially microalleo steel with V and compound microalloy steel with Nb,V,Ti.The paper introduces the hot metal extraction V process from top blowing oxygen converter,analyses high-added value product from production angle,and points out the differences of low alloy(micro alloy)steel between China and other countries.The alloy steel quality should be improved based on our country's resource characteristic.
