摘    要:
以某工程装载机动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,为改善其隔振性能,对悬置系统固有频率进行优化配置的同时对其解耦率进行优化布置。以悬置静刚度和安装位置为优化参数,对固有频率和解耦率进行优化匹配。结果表明,优化后悬置系统各阶固有频率分配更加合理,垂直方向和绕曲轴方向解耦率得到显著提高,并仿真分析了优化方案的可靠性,最后通过实车测试验证了悬置系统的隔振性能得到较大改善。

Abstract:
The frequency and decoupling ratio of a loader’s powertrain mounting system are optimized in order to improve its isolation performance. The mount stiffness and position are selected as design variables. The results show that optimal frequencies are more rational, and the optimal decoupling ratios in Z and   directions are increased significantly. The reliability of the optimal scheme is higher than the original one. Experimental results show that vibration isolation performance of the powertrain mounting system is significantly improved.
