氨汽提尿素工艺降低氨耗的有效途径

摘    要:针对锦西天然气化工有限责任公司尿素装置运行状况,分析氨耗偏高的原因,阐述技术改造措施。通过考核,各项技术改造总氨耗降低值为4.36kg,各部加和氨耗降低值低于实际运行氨耗降低值,经济效益比较显著。

Abstract:Ammonia consumption in urea plant in Jinzhou Natural Gas Chemical Industry Company was comparatively high. Reasons were studied for technical reformation. The performance test shows that ammonia consumption is reduced by 4.36 kg/t urea from each reformation. Summing up consumption of each reforma- tion, the total reduction of ammonia consumption is lower than that in real operation, yielding remarkable e- conomical profit.
