摘    要:针对3661香蕉形直线振动筛侧板厚度由13mm改为10mm的设计,应用msc.Nastran软件,建立了振动筛的有限元模型,计算出筛体的前8阶固有频率和固有振型,计算结果表明,10mm厚侧板结构可靠,工作频率避开了其各阶固有频率,表明此设计可行,从而为振动筛的改型设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Accordance with the thickness of the side plates of vibrating screen is redesigned from original 13 mm to 10 mm,MSC Nastran software is used to establish the finite element model for the vibrating screen,and then calculated the natural frequencies and natural modals of the first eight stages of the screen.The result indicates that the side plate with 10 mm thickness is a reliable structure and the work frequency of the vibrating screen avoided the natural frequencies in various stages,which provide necessary theoretical basis for the modification of the screen and indicates that modification design is feasible.
