| Abstract: | This paper proposes constructive suggestions for construction enterprise to rationally select bidding item and to avoid blindly joining bidding activities,illustrates the problems should be noticed in making an inventory of bidding documents,and introduces relevant tender offer measures in light of different bid evaluation methods selected by bidding documents,in order to increase the ratio of wining the bid. |
