摘    要:采用固相法制备了BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2( BNT)陶瓷,研究了Bi2O3-SiO2-ZnO-CaO( BSZC)玻璃添加量对所制BNT陶瓷介电性能的影响.结果表明:添加质量分数7%~9%的BSZC玻璃,可使BNT陶瓷在960℃下烧结致密,匹配10Pd/90Ag内电极,获得相对介电常数εr≈88,介质损耗tanδ=...

Abstract:BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2(BNT) ceramics were prepared by solid state method.The effects of Bi2O3-SiO2-ZnO-CaO(BSZC)glass doping amount on the dielectric properties of BNT ceramics were investigated.The results show that BNT ceramics doped with 7%~9%(mass fraction) BSZC can be sintered at 960℃ with high frequency properties of εr≈88(relative permittivity),tanδ=6×10–4(dielectric loss),αc≈0(temperature coefficient of capacitance) which can be used for MLCC matched with 10Pd/90Ag electrode.
