A 431.5 MHz surface acoustic wave(SAW) temperature sensor was preprared with selecting a special tangential piezoelectric crystal,and processing the electrode length of the interdigital transducer(IDT) by apodized weighting using Hamming function.The impact of Hamming function on restraining the frequency response sidelobe of IDT was researched.The temperature-frequency characteristic test was done in order to study the performance of the prepared SAW temperature sensor such as the sensitivity,accuracy and ...
