摘    要:常用的抗干扰控制方法依赖于对象的精确模型,这对受不确定负载干扰影响的系统是不现实的.PID控制虽然不依赖于对象的模型,但其抗干扰能力不强.针对这一问题,设计了不依赖对象模型的自抗扰控制器,并搭建了模拟受随机负载干扰的电液位置伺服控制系统实验台;然后基于自抗扰控制器,在该实验台上分析研究了该电液位置伺服控制系统的性能.

Abstract:It is difficult to control the electro-hydraulic position servo system, when the load interference factor is complicated. The usual methods of anti-interference depend on the accurate object model, but it is not pratical when the system is influenced by uncertain load interference. Though PID doesn't depend on the object model, but it's capacity of antinterference is not strong. In allusion to this problem, auto-disturbances-rejection controller is designed, and on the basis of experiement platform, simulative electro-hydraulic position servo system is built, which is influenced by random load. And then, basing on the auto-disturbances-rejection controller, the performance of this electro-hydraulic position servo control system is realized and researched on the experiemental platform. The re- search results indicate that auto-disturbances-rejection controller has good control function, and this research results have important theoretical and practical significance for the auto-dis~rbances-rejection controller to be used in the electro-hydraulic position servo system that is influenced by random load interference.
