| 摘 要： | 利用电子电路仿真设计软件Multisim对核电子学中的典型电路电荷灵敏前置放大器进行了仿真测试。在结合理论分析的基础上,仿真分析了前放的一些基本特性如输出增益、输出脉冲上升时间、噪声、输入输出阻抗和带宽等,得出了与理论分析相符合的结果,对理论分析有较大的帮助和参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper told the usage of Multisim software in simulating and analyzing a charge-sensitive preamplifier which is a typical circuit in nuclear electronics.At the foundation of theoretic analysis,some basic characteristics such as were simulated and analyzed.The sumulation result was obtained according with the academic result which have very assistant and reference value on theoretic analysis. |
