Theoretical Approach into the Front Angle of Card Wires for Additional Caring Machine

Analysis is done to the agglomeration effect from the configuration of carding effect of additional carding machine. The higher the velocity, the bigger the front angle and vice versa. The paper concludes itself that additional carding is essential in enhancing the carding effect, reducing the curved fiber, heightening the straightness of fiber, and reducing the unevenness of draft for better yarn forming.
