摘    要:针对水工小断面隧洞开挖断面小、施工场地狭窄、作业工序多、干扰大等难题,研发了自行式钢栈桥,充分利用混凝土早期强度为栈桥自重及通行载荷提供支撑,配合专用柔性底座及液压控制自行轨道,探索出水工小断面隧洞自行式钢栈桥施工技术,有效解决了洞室开挖与衬砌施工交叉作业等问题,应用于吉牛水电站长22.377km的引水隧洞施工中,保证了工程质量和施工工期,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Construction Technique of Self propelled Steel Trestle for Small Hydraulic Tunnel
Abstract:In view of problems of small hydraulic tunnel, such as small cross section, narrow construction site, complex construction process and interference problems, self propelled steel trestle is researched. The early stage strength of concrete is fully used to provide support for the trestle sole weight and traffic load. With the special flexible base and hydraulic pressure for control of track, the construction technique of self propelled steel trestle for small hydraulic tunnel has been explored. So, it solves the problems of excavation and lining construction with cross operation effectively. It has been used to construction of diversion tunnel with length of 22.377 km for Jiniu hydropower station, and guarantees the engineering quality and construction period, which can provide reference for similar projects.
