温米油田抽油机偏磨原因及其治理措施的分析

摘    要:偏磨是造成抽油机井维护性作业的重要因素,它严重影响机采井时率和采出效率,制约着油田发展。目前温米油田抽油机井存在偏磨现象,2009全年由偏磨引起的检泵井21口,其中17口井偏磨严重,占80%。针对此问题,分析了温米油田抽油机井发生偏磨的原因以及目前国内外油田采用的防偏磨技术,结合温米油田防偏磨技术的实施情况,提出了适合于温米油田的防偏磨治理措施。

Abstract:Eccentric wear is an important factor in causing maintenance operations of pumping wells.The efficiencies of time and recovery are seriously affected by it,which also restricts the development of oil field.There is serious eccentric wear phenomenon in WenMi Oilfield now.Twenty-one wells conducted pump inspections due to eccentric wear in 2009.Among them,grave eccentric wear occurred in 17 wells,accounting for 80%.To solve this problem,the reasons of eccentric wear were analyzed in WenMi Oilfield.The technology of anti-eccentric wear both in our country and abroad was researched.Combined with the actual situation in WenMi Oilfield,some effective prevention and cure measures were proposed to prevent eccentric wear.
