| 摘 要： | 食品质量安全直接关系到人体健康和生命安全,关系到经济发展和社会稳定,食品质量安全预警管理是食品安全管理的重要前提。加强我国食品质量安全预警管理的研究,建立和完善食品质量安全预警管理体系,实施有效的对策,对于改善和促进我国食品安全管理、减少食品危害的发生、改善人民生活水平,均有极其重要的促进作用。
