高钢级抗H2S腐蚀管线用无缝钢管的研制与开发

摘    要:通过对抗H2S腐蚀输送管线用无缝钢管的成分设计与优化,生产工艺的开发及优化,冶炼工艺、轧管工艺及热处理工艺的研究,成功开发出了高钢级抗H2S腐蚀管线用无缝钢管,并投入批量生产。经检验及用户使用表明,产品的抗H2S腐蚀陛能及其他各项性能良好。

Abstract:The high steel grade anti-H2S corrosion seamless steel pipe for transport pipeline service has been successfully developed,and put into massive production,owing to the researches focusing on such aspects concerning the said pipe as chemical composition design and optimization,development and optimization of the manufacturing processes,and steel melting processes,pipe rolling processes and pipe heat treatment processes,etc.Relevant final product inspection results and end-user feedbacks show that the H2S corrosion-resistance and all of the other properties of the said pipe are excellent.
