单机架轧机机型对比分析

摘    要:采用多辊单机架可逆轧制是目前生产高强钢的趋势,介绍了3种目前主流的十八辊单机架轧机机型,阐述了各机型的结构特点。将3种机型归纳为Z-HIGH轧机及S6-HIGH轧机2种侧支撑结构,计算了侧支撑水平支撑力,分析了2种侧支撑结构水平支撑能力、定位能力、抗过载能力和检修维护难度。结果表明:Z-HIGH轧机的侧支撑水平支撑预紧缸的能力不能满足使用需求,S6-HIGH轧机的侧支撑水平支撑能力安全系数较高;Z-HIGH轧机在大轧制力可逆轧制时水平定位能力不足,S6-HIGH轧机在正常可逆轧制时工作辊不会出现水平方向上的整体移动;Z-HIGH轧机为刚性抗过载,易造成机械结构损坏,S6-HIGH轧机为柔性抗过载,不易发生主体设备损坏,但存在倾翻力矩,需强化侧支撑与牌坊连接部位设计;Z-HIGH轧机侧支撑辊盒装配难度大,轧机内空间小,事故处理难度较大,S6-HIGH轧机侧支撑辊盒锁紧液压缸易损坏,上侧支撑可以向上打开,事故处理难度较小。因此,在机型设计选型阶段,需采取相应的优化设计措施,以保证轧机稳定生产。

Abstract:The use of multi-high single stand reverse rolling is the current trend in the production of high strength steel. Three kinds of current mainstream 18-high single stand reversing mill were introduced, and the structural characteristics of each mill type were described. The three mill types were summarized into two side support structures of Z-HIGH mill and S6-HIGH mill, and the horizontal support force of the side support was calculated. The horizontal support ability, positioning ability, overload resistance and maintenance difficulty of the two side support structures were analyzed. The results show that the ability of side support horizontal support preload cylinder of Z-HIGH mill cannot meet the use demand, and the safety factor of side support horizontal support ability of S6-HIGH mill is higher. The horizontal positioning ability of Z-HIGH mill is insufficient in reverse rolling with large rolling force, while S6-HIGH mill has no overall horizontal movement in reverse rolling. Z-HIGH mill is rigid overload, which is easy to cause mechanical structure damage. S6-HIGH mill is flexible overload, which is not easy to cause damage, but there is tipping moment, so it is necessary to strengthen the design of side support and mill housing connection. The assembly of side support cartridge of Z-HIGH mill is difficult, and the space in the rolling mill is small, so it is difficult to deal with the accident. The locking hydraulic cylinder of side support cartridge of S6-HIGH mill is easy to be damaged, and the upper support can be opened up, so the accident is less difficult to deal with. Therefore, in the design and selection stage of the mill type, it is necessary to take corresponding optimization design measures to ensure the stable production of the mill.
