摘    要:针对山东石横特钢集团有限公司原棒材及线材加热炉投产后的实际现象进行分析,找出了加热炉不能达产、能耗高、氧化烧损高、炉压超高等缺陷的主要原因。通过对蓄热式烧嘴及换向阀等关键设备的技术改进,使加热炉性能参数大幅提高,燃料消耗降至1.15GJ/kg以下,氧化烧损降至0.8%,炉压降至30Pa以下,消除了安全隐患,完全满足了轧制生产线钢坯加热要求。

Abstract:Analysis was carried out on the actual situation after reheat furnace for bar and wire rod was put into operation at Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group Company Limited and the main reasons were found as furnace not reaching designed apacity, high energy consumption, high oxidation burning loss and high furnace pressure. Technical improvement on critical equipment of regenerative burner and changeover valve considerately increased furnace performance parameters, lowered fuel consumption under 1.15 GJ/kg, and reduced oxidation burning loss to 0.8% and furnace pressure under 30 Pa. The hidden safety trouble was eliminated and billet heating requirement by rolling line fully met.
