摘    要:根据矿热炉生产工艺特点,阐述了矿热炉烟罩内温度与烟尘量的关系。通过在矮烟罩及烟囱内设置不同位置的温度检测点,实现环保除尘器风机变频调速,不仅达到了良好的除尘效果,而且取得较好的节电效益。

Abstract:The relation between the temperature in the gas hood and dust amount was discussed based on the production process features of the submerged arc furnace. Temperature detection points were setuped in different positions in the low hood and funnel to achieve frequency control in the environment protection dust catcher fans. It saved power as dedusted effectively.
